Set in a post-apocalyptic setting inspired by the Chernobyl disaster and its aftermath, players take on the role of Babushkas, elderly women who, despite the dangers, return to their homeland and fight for their own survival and that of their community. Interactions with creatures from Slavic mythology and tough decisions influence the course of the game, leading to several possible endings.
